Former Senator Richard Lugar joined with Senator Ben Cardin on July 15 to recognize the fifth anniversary of Section 1504 (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) of the Dodd-Frank Act. Senator Lugar offered introductory remarks on the importance of the Cardin-Lugar Amendment and extractive industry transparency.
